Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for orders that are cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy or returned in line with the Return Policy (if applicable).

2. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed through the customer's preferred bank account details, as provided.

3. Timeline

Refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

Orders cancelled after being marked 'Out for Delivery'.
