Customer cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has been packed or dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot normally be cancelled because the products are already on their way.
How to request a cancellation

Cancellations by Anokha Market
We may cancel an order when an item is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, payment cannot be verified, or an order appears fraudulent. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.
